Fluctuations in hormone levels occur through the menstrual cycle and these fluctuations can affect blood sugar control. When estrogen levels are naturally high, your body may be resistant to its own insulin or injected insulin. Many women find their blood sugar tends to be high 3-5 days before, during or after their periods. Since everyone is different, the only way to manage blood sugars in a setting where sensitivity to insulin changes is to test and record blood sugars four or more times a day the week before, during and after your period for at least 2 or 3 months to find your own pattern.

"In this world we live there are two things involved...you either alive or dead...if you are dead you are safe..."ok fine seems i mixed up the lines so better i stop now!these words i quoted are from Africa's finest comedian Basket Mouth...as much as we all laugh off his jokes...some of them actually make sense!
Its true what they say we got two choices in life and whatever we opt for always reality shapes our destiny..of course we are given second chances to make up for the mistakes!
Even with the countless experiences with pickpockets we still never learn, same old tricks"police..fasten yo seat belt seat belts/them pretending to be reading newspapers..and we fall for it so much!
A few days ago i witnessed an unfortunate pickpocketing exercise unfold and the worst part is i couldn't do much to save the situation...I was from the office at around 5...got into a packed matatu 9...at some point it was half full just as we were approaching town six guys looking sharp all either in envelopes, paper bags and jackets hurriedly boarded and i assumed they had been dropped off by say their office van so they were just connecting to town...i was wrong!
