Ghetto Radio Limited (GR) invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers to purchase a boarded motor vehicle registration number KBC 669R. (Ghetto Radio Limited’s employees and committee members as well as their spouses & children are not eligible to participate in this tender).
The vehicle shall be sold on as-is , where-is basis. Interested and eligible bidders may inspect the tender document and/or obtain further information, where necessary, from GR’s Finance office via email: accounts@ghettoradio.co.ke The tender documents are viewable and downloadable free of charge from GR’s website www.ghettoradio.co.ke . Alternatively the documents are obtainable at a fee of Ksh.1,000/- from GR’s finance office located at Security Building 4th Floor, Park Road, Ngara, Nairobi. The tender fee and the prescribed deposit of ksh. 20,000/= are payable at the finance office by banker’ cheque in favour of Ghetto Radio Limited. Bidders are advised to regulary visit the GR’s website to obtain any additional clarifications and information/addenda on the tender.
Completed tender documents, enclosed in a plain sealed envelope cleary marked only with the tender reference number and tittle : “GR/1103/1/2015 – TENDER FOR SALE OF BOARDED MOTOR VEHICLE – TOYOTA HIACE VAN” and bearing no indication of the tenderer’s name, should be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the company’s office reception area and addressed to:-

So as to be received on or before Teusday , 31st March 2015 at 10:00am.
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all duties, taxes and costs, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of the tender. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the company’s boardroom in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
NB** All tenderers are required to register their bids with the finance office upon submission without fail for registration and communication of any further tender clarifications or addenda. Tenderer’s who obtain tender documents electronically and intend to bid must immediately send their contacts (Phone, postal and email contacts) to email address accounts@ghettoradio.co.ke immediately for the same purposes without fail.
Ghetto Radio Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the tenders, is not obligated to accept the highest tender or any tender and is not bound to give reasons for it’s decisions thereof.
