After Releasing First Gay Music Video,Controversial Bisexual Rapper,Noti Flow Drops Another Video
It is barely a month since Noti Flow was the talk of the town thanks to the controversial gay music video she featured in together with Art Attack and other celebrity LGBT members.
The “Same Love” remix video went viral after it attracted the attention of KFCB (Kenya Film and Classifications Board) who asked Google to pull it down as it promoted gay rights and had explicit sex content in it which defiled Kenyan laws.Noti Flo and other members who featured in it such as Joji Baro were even threatened of arrest.
So before the dust has been cleared Noti Flow has just dropped a new video on YouTube dubbed “Birthday Cake”.The new video has garnered a whooping 11,000 views a day after releasing. However in the new video, age restriction has been put into consideration maybe because of the content.
On the other hand, the banned music video is still accessible on YouTube after Google Kenya explained to KFCB why they cant pull it down.
According to their lawyer,
Ife Osaga–Ondondo, a letter to KFCB stated that Google Kenya had no authority to pull down any flagged content on its website. The Kenyan unit was not responsible for administering services on YouTube hence asking the board to contact the head office.
” We, would like to request you to submit your legal request electronically via web or by contacting YouTube LLC/Google Inc. directly via postal mail, email or fax.”
