Agony as Fire Razes Down Houses and Stalls in Mlango Kubwa

More than 80 families have been affected by Mlango Kubwa fire inferno that razed houses and stalls leaving the residents helpless.
According to the victims the fire broke out in the morning in one of the houses and it is believed it was a candle that lit it.
“We have been really affected all our properties are burnt and we are finding it difficult to resume our normal life again…to our government it is a shame that even access roads is not in this area we always find it difficult for fire brigades to get into this place whenever there is fire.” Francis Kaira told Ghetto Radio News.
“We have nowhere to run to and we are asking the well wishers to at-least help us go back to our normal lives .” Elizabeth Wanja said.
The relevant authorities are yet to make official statement regarding the fire.
