Albinism Society to sponsor top girl’s education
The Albinism Society of Kenya and Mpesa Academy will now sponsor the education of the top KCPE candidate Goldalyn Kakuya who scored 455 marks out of a possible 500.
Addressing the media today when celebrating Kakuya’s victory, the society Chairman Isaac Mwaura says arrangements are underway to ensure the sponsorship is implemented.
Mwaura has also asked parents who have children with Albinism to stop hiding them but instead expose them to normal life including seeking help from relevant government offices.
Kakuya also thanked the Albinism Society for fighting for them and empowering them.
