Ghetto Radio’s Drive show presenter James Kang’ethe alias Bonoko has been thrilled by a recent video of Tanzanian rapper Rosa Ree, where she appears to be mimicking him.

Bonoko has been wowed by the fact that the Bongoland rapper was joking with his moment of fame narration alongside the catchy statement of ‘Ule si mwizi anauza nyama pale Ngara’ that brought him to the limelight.

According to Bonoko, Rosa Ree’s goofy sense of humour in that particular video doing rounds online will play a major role in increasing his popularity not only in the neighboring country but also  in the East Africa region as a whole.

“Walai amejoke na mimi? Hio ni fiti manzee, hio pia itazidi kunijenga. Na kwanza ni MTz na ameipiga hadi na accent ya Kikuyu manze,” says the Goteana presenter.

He goes on to claim Rosa Ree as one of our own mentioning that he strongly believes that the rapper has some Kenyan roots.

“Ameipiga fiti aki sidhani ata ni MTz full…lazima ako na damu ya Kikenya.” He says.

Reactions from Fans

We sampled some of the reactions from fans, who have the same belief as Bonoko that the ‘Kipopo’ hitmaker might have some Kenyan blood running in her veins. Below are some of them:

Adahtanui: Wauuuw😂😂 she can easily manipulate anyone 😂

Mc Maluku: 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂Huyu ni wetu walai

Anuzain: 😂😂😂 Rosa Ree is Kenyan bana

Hamood:  Rosa Ree please do you have any connection with Kenya, like were you born in Kenya, ama raised in Kenya, coz you’re too Kenyan to be Tanzania

Mballa Constance: This lady must have Kenyan roots and genes…Juu hii ujuaji ako nayo

Bonoko of Ghetto Radio still remains one of the most  humble fellows and a true definition of the phrase ‘From rags to riches’ as he rose to public prominence by giving a true account of an innocent butcher murdered and a fake gun ‘bonoko’.

Apart from hosting on radio, the funny man is also a professional emcee and the CEO of his charity organization- The Masafara Foundation where he gives back to the society by visiting and donating items to various children’s homes around the country.
