Angry reactions from Migori residents over Obado arrest

Migori residents reacted angrily to the arrest of their governor Okoth Obado in Nairobi yesterday

The residents say the current woes facing their governor are meant to finish him politically by his enemies who want to derail him in his development agendas for the county that he promised during the campaigns and give his enemies mileage

They have also said they are in support of the recent agreement between the governor and deputy president William Ruto to work together in development agenda for the county.

Obado was arrested yesterday and taken to the Directorate of Criminal Investigation on Kiambu Road in connection to the 8 guns that were found in his house in which one of them was not registered.
