Azizah Hashim, affectionately referred to as the Media Messiah, is a radio presenter, MC, and social media influencer.
She has been working in the media since NRG radio, then she went to NTV Teen Republic and later joined Citizen TV 10 OVER 10 every Friday evening.
She just started recently after Willis Raburu stepped down. She hosts alongside Guddah man. Azeezah’s path continues to get smooth.

Azeezah was crowned the Best Radio Personality in East and Southern Africa at the Zikomo Africa Awards, where she triumphed over 9 other nominees, including her former colleague King Kalala.
Acknowledging the award, the young media personality expressed gratitude to her fans and confidently asserted that she deserved the recognition.
“We just bagged our first international award! Best Radio Personality in East and Southern Africa at the Zikomo Africa Awards in Zambia! We definitely deserved this 💯 we are the Messiah Mafia!
“Radio has and will always be my first love! Can’t wait to get back on air,” Azeezah said.
The awards also recognize humanitarians making significant contributions by helping those in need in communities.
Azeezah Hashim’s Early Life, Education and Relationship Status
Aziza grew up in Majengo, a slum in Nairobi. With it being a low-income neighborhood, Aziza’s parents both had to work hard to cater for her education.
Growing up, Aziza aspired to be a doctor, and so she gave her all to her studies.
She acquired a mean grade of A in her KCSE exam and went on to pursue her career of choice.
However, in her second year of campus, she told her parents that she had decided to make a shift to media and broadcasting.

With her mother’s support, she was able to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Journalism at the University of Nairobi.
After news about her on-radio proposal went viral, Azeezah now claims that she and Prezzo never dated.
Prezzo walked into the NRG Radio studio on February 14, 2023, carrying flowers, went down on one knee, and popped the question.
Without hesitation, Azeezah said yes, and they later popped a bottle of success to celebrate their engagement with a guitarist playing for them in the background.
Almost two and a half months later, Azeezah came out to clear the air, saying that “it was never a marriage proposal, but a business proposal to be the face of Grillz by Prezzo.”
