Gospel Musician Bahati has been accused for stealing his new song ‘Pete Yangu’ from a Rwandan Musician.

Instagram User Its_shady_047 claims that the song is copied from a song ‘Pekee Yangu’ which was sang five years ago by a Rwandan singer called Butera Knowles.

Its_shady_047 also said that he expected a lot from the ‘Mama’ singer rather than copying tunes from other singers in order for him to get views.

The young man also said that there are only few musicians in Kenya who sing real music like Otile Brown.

“Some will say oooh haters wana hate sijui nini, Look, you can’t be stealing tracks plus the melody the way they are then come here to tell us shit. I repeat, I expected a lot from Bahati. Views utapata tena mob sana lakini I’m disappointed sana na @bahatikenya . Nyi wengine Ni Kiki za kipuuzi tu. Na mi nawaambia Kama Esenkay Music tutawaosha sana. Sanaaaa…,” read the post,” its_shady_047.

Bahati however did not take the claims lightly, he responded to the allegations by saying that people are hating on him because of his album ‘#lovelikethis’ is trending.

He also said that people should get used to him trending because it is God’s will that he is trending.

“IT’S NORMAL !!!
