Musician Kelvin Bahati, popularly known as Bahati has been on the limelight more than once for his hairstyles and the latest one has Kenyans on social media off their seats.
The father of five, who is about to release an album, came out on Monday dressed in a red suit but what was more noticeable were the white braids on his head.
The post on both his and wife Diana Marua’s social media platforms garnered different views from Kenyans on social media but most of the netizens wanted the ‘Dear Ex’ singer to undo the braids with some going as far as saying he looked like he had a mop on his head.
While a few commented with the fire emoticons, some believed that Bahati was trying to copy Tanzania’s Wasafi artists.
Here are some of the opinions expressed on social media…

Bahati is however not swayed by the naysayers as long as his wife is okay with his new hairstyle.
“Mimi Bora Umeipenda Hao Wengine Wakaambie Morio ………” wrote Bahati on Diana Marua’s post.
