Beyonce’s much awaited seventh album ‘Renaissance’ is officially out.
After a six year break following the release of her publicly celebrated masterpiece ‘Lemonade’ she is making her mainstream return with this seventh studio album with the lead single being “Break My Soul” which has garnered over 20 Million views on YouTube with only a month after its release.
The release, however, has not been without its problems.
It leaked in full two days early, though her millions of fans, collectively titled the Beyhive immediately called for listeners to respect her wishes and wait for the official drop.
“So, the album leaked, and you all actually waited until the proper release time so you all can enjoy it together. I’ve never seen anything like it. I can’t thank y’all enough for your love and protection,”reads part of the statement from Beyonce.
The 28 Grammy Awards holder appreciated her fans for challenging those who had leaked the album while mentioning that the move means alot to her and that she will keep delivering the best to them.
“I appreciate you for calling out anyone that was trying to sneak into the club early. It means the world to me.
Thank you for your unwavering support. Thank you for being patient. We are going to take our time and enjoy the music. I will continue to give my all and do my best to bring you joy. I love you deep.” Reads the rest of Beyonce’s statement.
