The East African music fraternity has been thrown into mourning following the passing on of fast rising bongo star, Eric Adamu popularly known as Nezo B after alleged stabbing by his girlfriend.

Upon his demise, the promising singer was aged 32 years and hailed from Arusha in Tanzania.

According to information shared by his stable, Black Market,Nezo B kicked off his career in 2012 as a hip hop artist.

He later switched from Hip hop to Afro pop in 2018 cementing his space in the local entertainment world from Mwanza,Moshi,Singida and Dar es Salam.

He later on spread tentacles to the whole of East and Central Africa from Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda.

Some of the artist’s he had collaborated with include Tundaman, Pnc, Maalim Nash and Rasco Sembo.

In 2021,he was signed to Kenya’s Black Market after his star shone brighter.

Nezo B was behind some songs which included Kosa langu,Nimo,Yaga yaga,Ofa zingine and Mpunguze among others.

At the time of his death,Nezo B had dropped his debut album dubbed, My last warrior and was still busy in studio cooking new projects.

With the news of his death travelling like wildfire, his fans have thronged his social media platforms with messages of bereavement.

Details of Nezo B’s stabbing are still scanty though it’s alleged that it brewed from a domestic wrangle.
