Madlina Airin nicked the lead for Bunyore Starlets two minutes before half-time.
Thika Queens leveled the scores through Chris Kach’s goal in the 51st minute.
Thika Queens Bilonda Lupemba was given a straight red in the 74th minute and awarded Bunyore Starlets a penalty that Priscah Akinyi converted one minute later.
