Comedian and script writer Eddie Butita borrowed a plan from the movie ‘money heist’ as he pondered on a way to get his hands on the millions of former Nairobi governor, Mike Mbuvi alias Sonko.
Taking to his Instagram,the comedian shared a footage of a movie in which his voice is heard giving orders on how to get the loot.
He affirms that he’d been working on the plan for quite sometime and it was now ripe to steal the millions which Sonko himself had flaunted.
“Mike sonko ameconfirm ako na thirty million cash kwa keja niko na plan,hii plan nimetengeneza siku mingi sana na finally imeanza kujipa sasa itabidi kila mtu achangamke ndio tuweze kupata hii ganji” states Butita
On how to get their way to Sonko’s multimillion home, the celebrated comedian states that they’ll use a garbage truck as others distract Sonko with fake Gucci outfits which the latter has a fetish for as well as his love for recording anything and everything in his sight.
“Tutabeba long’i mbili za gucci zenye ni bonoko akiziona at least zitam distract vizuri…ako na distraction mbili anarecord wasee na ameona long’i za gucci hio ndio masaa yetu ya kuingia kuchukua hiyo thirty million najua mnashindwa tutaingia aje,tutaingia na gari ya takataka,” explains Butita.

Netizens Reactions
Butita’s ploy took many by surprise as they thronged the commentary section giving him a thumbs up for a well executed script.
“Tangu useti dredi unareason 😂😂,” fired one fan.

This comes just a day after the former Nairobi governor took to social media flaunting the thirty million in which he said was just for fueling his cash.
In the video,an agitated Sonko tears up his money safes which is loaded with bundles of cash.
Butita is not new to script writing, he’s done it for Netflix on the Swahili version of upshaws a Us sitcom by Wanda Sykes and Regina Hicks.
He’s also the brains behind ‘A nurse toto’ a comical series which so far has produced more than 10 episodes.
