A group of secondary school children arrested last week have been released after they were found innocent over allegations of watching pornographic material at a mall in Nakuru County.
KFCB CEO Ezekiel Mutua says investigations done police reveal that the children were playing video games and not watching pornographic material as earlier alleged.
Mutua says that they will also not revoke the licences of the film shop owner adding that investigations absolved him of any wrong doings.
Mutua has however issued a stern warning to all entertainment joints distributing pornographic material to underage children.
Mutua says any one found culpable will have their licenses revoked and also charged in court.
