City Hall Clamps Down Aga Khan Sports Centre
The Nairobi city county has today clumped down Agha Khan Sports centre over unpaid land rates amounting to 4.7 million shillings in an operation conducted by county revenue officials and askaris.
The facility was also slapped with ksh. 50,000 penalty.
According to county Chief administrator John Ntoiti, the Agha Khan foundation alone owes Nairobi county government close to ksh. 61,000,000 despite county warning letters being written to them.
Ntoiti further stated that they will continue with clump down operation untill all defaulters are brought to book including national government premises.
