Coach Engin Firat has named the Harambee Stars provisional squad for the upcoming four-nations tournament set to take place between March 18, and March 26, 2024, in Malawi.

The squad has a blend of local and internationally-based players.

Captain Michael Olunga, Ayub Timbe, Joseph Okumu, Johnstone Omurwa, Eric Ouma, Amos Nondi, Richard Odada, and Teddy Akumu, are some players forming the foreign-based contingent.

Notably, Alphonce Omija earns his debut callup to the national team having featured for the U17 junior team.

Shariff Musa, Bonphas Munyasa, Chris Erambo and Kaycie Odhiambo have also earned their maiden national team call ups.

Additionally, John Avire makes a return to the national team fold.

The four nation tournament will feature Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe. This tournament presents a valuable opportunity to play more matches within the short international window, in preparation for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup and 2025 AFCON qualifying campaigns.
