Comedian Churchill announces the return of live recorded show


Comedian Churchill has announced the coming of a new comedy show that will be recorded live like The Churchill Show.

According to Churchill, the show dubbed ‘big laughs’ will be recorded at Quivers Lounge.

This comes almost two years after he suspended the live recordings for Churchill Show due to the coronavirus pandemic.

 “On Sunday we are back and we thank the president for opening up the economy for nearly after two years. We are getting back to the big laughs, this is not Churchill show this are big laughs and of course I will be hosting the first one. There are a lot that has been going on here at Quivers trying to change this place to look like an auditorium,” he said.

He added that they are going to reveal the idea behind the show during the first show which will also be his birthday.


“Something else that is happening this weekend is my birthday and so it is a big one and the idea behind the big laughs is very different from Churchill show this is an African idea and we will be sharing the vision behind the big laughs on Sunday,” he added.

Churchil also said that he show will take place at Quivers Thika road till the next year when they will reveal the next venue.

“We are excited about the first show right here at Quiver. Thika road has always welcomed and treated us very well when doing Churchill show on the roads and that is why we have decided to bring the big laughs around here and we are looking forward to this. We are looking forward to do three shows here before the year ends,” Churchil said.
