Jamaican dancehall and reggae Star Mark Anthony Myrie popularly known as Buju Banton has warned Carribean Leaders of a looming death following the recent assassination of Haitian President Jovenel Moise.
The Singer smells foul play from foreign nations majorly China and USA in silencing the departed leader for his refusal to toe the line arising from the Covid-19 Pandemic.
“This guy in Haiti he did not take no money from the Chinese to sell you guys Covid. He did not bow to money money power. Most of you leaders in the Caribbean I guess you are worried now. Guess you are beefing up your security detail cause you have taken money from Chinese. I wish you luck. I wish you all the best. This is what you get when you make deals with the devil,” said Buju in one of the videos he posted.
“He was taken out because he would not play ball!!!!?, ” All our leaders are puppets of America, where u people been. O bak,” read part of the rants from the Singer.
The assassination of the Haitian leader came as a shocker not only to the world but also sent chills to the Caribbean nations.
Buju Banton’s post elicited mixed reactions and we sampled some of the comments.
