Bongo star Diamond Platinumz’s wasafi baby team has established that the singer’s wide fan base is actually in Kenyan and not his home country.
Diamond Platnumz who is currently on tour in the US paid a courtesy visit to YouTube headquarters in San Bruno California on Saturday 23rd.
According to the location of your audience chart on YouTube, Kenya had 204%, Tanzania 114% and the United States followed in that order with 72%.
With two of his top hits songs off the Tandale album being banned in Tanzania, the Bongo Flava star decided to launch his ‘A Boy from Tandale’ album in Kenya earlier this year.
From his Youtube meeting, Diamond took to social media to hint that he would be working with the company soon.
“Successful meeting with YouTube at their HQ Yesterday, you all can’t wait for this, I can’t wait as well.” he said
Platnumz was on Friday performing for his fans in California, yesterday, he was in Los Angeles and on the 29th he will be in Kansas City and Columbus Ohio on the 30th.
Diamond together with his team survived a road accident on Friday 22nd while in Oakland Carlifornia.
