Diamond Reignites Beef with Alikiba Over Youtube
Tanzanian musician and WCB president Diamond platinumz and fellow Tanzanian musician Alikiba have restarted their online beef.
The WCB President was condemning fellow musician for buying views on YouTube for his new song ‘Jealous’ featuring Mayorkum.
The musician posted a video of his new song ‘Iyo’ featuring Focalistic, Mapara A Jazz and Ntosh Gazi playing in a club.
The musician said that he did not buy views for his song and that is why it is being loved by people and also played by Dj’s.
“Real Definition of a Hit na wimbo pendwa….Ubaya wa vyakununua Haupati vitu kama hivi…..” wrote the musician.
Hours after the singer posted the video; Musician Alikiba took to his Instagram page and posted saying Diamond is jealous.
The video of Kenyan singer Stivo Simple was about how the truth hurts but people should learn to accept.
“Inauma but itabidi uzoee,” said the video.
Diamond’s ‘Iyo’ song was released on 29th July and is currently trending at number one with almost 3 million views.
On the other hand, Alikiba’s ‘Jealous’ song was released a day after ‘Iyo’ song and is trending at number 10 with almost 3.5 million views.
The two have been beefing for a long time and Alikiba once declined Diamond’s offer to perform at the Wasafi Festival.
In a previous interview at Wasafi Tv, Diamond had said that he is not ready to end the beef.
However, Alikiba said that he does not have any beef with Diamond and is ready to even do a collabo with him.
He also said that if the two do a video together it will turn out to be a big hit.
