Kennedy Kipruto, co-director of African Diatomite company which supplies Kensil-C to SBL Innovate Limited to took the stand to testify in ksh 209 million fake fertiliser case.
According to the Director is a by product of diatomite which is capable of changing soil structure among aeration and retaintiom of what.
He said that among their client who buy the Kensil-C include company and individual farmer who have issues in their farms.
However the director declined to admit that Kensil-C is fertiliser
Kipruto told the court that he is a director of the board alongside his father Joshua Kulei.

The accused who include Josiah Kariuki and his two company the director bof Fifty One Capital and SBL Innovate Manufacturers Limited together with former National Cereal and Produce Board(NCPB) officials Joseph Muna Kariuki, John Kiplangat and John Mbaya were ccharged in May with a supply supply of ksh 209 million fake fertiliser.
The accused persons are out on cash bail of ksh 1 million each.
