The weekend that was saw Ghetto Radio’s presenter and disc jockey Evander Marcos popularly known as Double Trouble light up Dubai music lovers.
Taking to his Instagram and Facebook,Double Trouble who’s fondly referred to as ‘Shida Mara Mbekse’ shared a photo minutes before he took to the stage.His neon turned up khaki pants layered with a t.shirt and matching crisscross button less shirt got tongues wagging.
“Look ni ya wangaa mzee!!Ingine clean” shot one fan
“Lukuuuu bro ni shidaaa mara mbekse” fired a second fan
“Umeamua nika don’t touch” wrote another fan
He had used social media to keep his fans abreast with his tour from preparation to making his safe landing in Dubai.
During his recent show while paying tribute to the now departed veteran mix master DJ Lastborn, Double Trouble acknowledged being his protege ,he borrowed heavily not only skills but also fashion from Lastborn.
“Alikuwa anatokea akinukia fresh tishoo ya white kuruka towel pia white… Hadi unatamani kuwa DJ” Uttered Trouble partly.
Double Trouble is one of Kenya’s most sought after and widely travelled entertainer’s.An event going down without him on the cards is not an event my friend.Still the Dandora bred remains humble.
His weekly radio show ‘Goteana’ runs from 3pm to 7pm from Monday to Friday alongside Bonoko,a former streetkid.
