The video has upset many Kenyans who are calling on Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja to deal with his inconsiderate officers.
In the video that has since gone viral, the helpless young man was seen crying while being held by county officers.

The crowd that had also gathered criticized the action of the county official for her lack of compassion for the young man.
The sad video reached humanitarian Eric Omondi who vowed to find him and help him raise money and escape from life in the city.
“If they shed, we pick up…If they tear down, we build!!! I am looking for this boy, if you have his number, please comment or DM me. But remember OUR TIME IS COMING!!!!!” Omondi said.
