Fan Surprises Double Trouble With His Portrait Artwork


Ghetto Radio Deejay cum Radio Host Evander Macos commonly known as Double Trouble ‘Shida Mara Mbekse’ got a surprise from one of his diehard fans who presented him with a portrait artwork of himself.

Taking to his social media platforms, Facebook and Instagram the celebrated reggae deejay posted a photo of himself in the company of the artist with the incredible piece of work.

” Fan love/appreciation. Thank you @weider_001_customs for the artwork and surprise. Kazi safi sana. Jah bless.” wrote Double Trouble. His legion of fans followed suit in praising the artist for his out of the world artistry. “picha kali” shot one fan,   “Smart Art #Safi sana👊👊” fired another user.

Most Sought After Reggae Entertainer

Shida Mara Mbekse as he is fondly referred to remains one of the many sought after reggae entertainers in Kenya.

He reportedly runs a fully booked diary on a weekly basis, a look at his timeline a fortnight ago he was grateful for his week-long work experience and wanted to cool off the heat.

And with October slowly closing in Double Trouble is looking forward to hosting leading Jamaican Singer Etana in a thrilling reggae festival in the country.

Features On Niaje Niaje, Reggae Kuruka Shows

Recently Double Trouble joined the widely listened to mid-morning show ‘Niaje Niaje’ as a co -host, fans praised his inclusion in the show for his experience in music selection. He is also the main man behind Sunday’s Reggae Show dubbed ‘Reggae Kuruka’.

He is currently sitting in for Deejay Bling on Goteana who is currently on a 30 day US tour.
