A former director of CMC Motors was on Thursday charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
Mr Joel Kibe was also charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and injuring a guard.
He was accused of knocking down a sentry box and injuring Charles Wachira, who later succumbed to injuries.
He denied the charges
He was released on a cash bail of Sh100,000 pending the hearing of the case on March 28.
