Police last night shot dead four suspected gangsters in Mlango Kubwa in Mathare slums.
The four suspects are said to be the gang that killed a police officers who had boarded a matatu they had carjacked in the same area on Sunday.
The four were shot dead while allegedly on a mission to undertake another robbery mission following a police trail.
A loaded pistol was recovered from the suspects.
