Kenyan Rapper Frasha has criticized comedian Eric Omondi for endorsing Jimmy Wanjigi as the next President of Kenya.
The musician has also condemned Eric Omondi for supporting other people instead of standing out and defending the youths.
“For once I thought @ericomondi was serious with the youth agenda only to find out that he’s the president of comedy for real. The youth should stop being used and fight for their own space .We need to stand with those who have serious youth interests at heart,” wrote IamFrasha.
The P-unit member encouraged the youth to choose a youth leader who will listen and fight for their rights.
“@jimi.wanjigi has nothing new to offer the youth he’s in the same category with the rest of the presidential aspirants so kama yeye ndio solution ya #fagiawote2022 Sisi tutaanza na yeye .This is a new youth revolution. Will only support the youth agenda #kwamezapamoja,” added IamFrasha.
The comedian had posted a video alongside youths talking of the struggle that the youths pass through with the current presidency.
The self-proclaimed president of comedy said that the youths need to be free in the country and not leave like slaves.
“Niaje vijana lazima tutake back our country, hii country imekuwa free for 57 years but the youth have never known freedom. Time imefika lazima vijana twende tuchukuwe parliament, senate na hata state house,” Eric Omondi had stated.
He later went ahead and endorsed Jimmy Wajingi as the next president of Kenya and one who will help the youths.
“Vijana tunahitaji rais mwenye anatuelewa, vijana tunahitaji rais mwenye anatujali, vijana tunahitaji mtu fresh sura mpya mtu hajakuwa kwa ofisi, vijana tunaneed rais na mtu anaelewa vitu za biashara, Eric Omondi ninaendorse Jimmy Wajingi,” he said.
However, this was not taken lightly by his fans flooded the comment sections to say that Jimmy will just be like the others.
