Just days after welcoming her baby boy, Ghetto Radio presenter Celina Njoki has been admitted in ICU at the Kijabe Mission hospital.

Njoki, popularly known as Browngal underwent a surgery on Wednesday June 3rd and is still admitted at the facility seven days since she developed a complication and was rushed to the facility.

The presenter is in dire need of blood group O+ and friends, family and colleagues are calling on anyone with the said blood group to help.

Anyone willing to donate blood can visit Kijabe Mission Hospital in Westlands, Azzure Towers 5th floor to donate under her name.

“Blood donation appeal for Celina Njoki @browngal895 donate O+ blood under her name at Kijabe hospital Westlands Azzure Towers opposite Baptist church Westlands.”

Following the successful surgery, the former Mother in Law actress has been showing signs of recovery but her condition has been mainly on and off.

The hospital says she is still in need of more blood and anyone still willing to donate is welcome to do so.

Celina has been battling a rare acquired hemophilia for the past few years.

Acquired hemophilia (AH) is a rare autoimmune disorder characterized by bleeding that occurs in patients with a personal and family history negative for hemorrhages. Autoimmune disorders occur when the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks healthy cells or tissue.

The Niaje Niaje presenter was blessed with a baby boy on Monday 1st June and the baby was put in an incubator in the same facility.
