The Kenyan gospel music industry has been shaken by the recent spat involving leading Kamba gospel Artists Stephen Kasolo and Fortune Mwikali.
The pair were friends and once teamed up for a collaboration ‘Ngai Ndosaa Hongo’,which has garnered 95,000 views on YouTube.
Fortune Mwikali has alleged that Kasolo is a wolf in a sheep’s skin, he’s gay, involved in witchcraft and also wanted her to join lesbianism.
“Juzi tu amejifanya ati amejipata na Corona akaanza kukaa apo Embakasi.. Amekaa hapo karibu two weeks, akilala na mwanamume na hizo vitu zote mi nikajua, akaniambia mimi nikisema hizo vitu ataniua, aliniambia niingie chama ya lesbians na shoga, ” was part of the statement from Fortune.
On the other hand, Stephen Kasolo has refuted the claims terming her as an evil woman.
“Huyu msichana aliitaka kijana mdogo sana wakaenda kulala na yeye.. Nilipojua hiyo story akajua nitasambaza akaogopa akaanza kunianika facebook, whatsapp ndio nisiseme hii story yake.. Huyo msichana ni mshirikina kabisa, this girl is evil, evil kabisa,” fought back Kasolo.
Fortune further claimed that Kasolo charged her for the collaboration and has been issuing her death threats after being exposed.
“Nilimlipa 40,000/-na nikamnunulia nguo zilikuwa Karibu 10,000/-.. Mkisikia Fortune nimekufa mjue ni Kasolo ameniua” Added Fortune.
