Gospel Singer Mercy Masika Set to drop her Album ‘Zaidi’ Tomorrow
Gospel singer Mercy Masika is set to drop her 8th album dubbed ‘Zaidi’ in the next few days.
This will be the singer’s most recent album after Milele (2015) and My Everything (2016). Masika however has two other EPs (Extended play) in her name dubbed Mwema and wonderful (2018)
Mercy is Kenyas who is a top Gospel Music Minister started to minister early with her family headed by her mother the renowned Gospel singer Agnes Masika and her sisters Edith, Jedida and brother Chris.
She later started to record her own music as early as 11years. She is popularly known for her deep spiritual songs and bible based music.Two decades later she is releasing her 8th album.
Mercy has been involved in campaigns with UNHCR as Goodwill Ambassador where she lends her voice to speak for refugees in Kenya. She also holds campaigns promoting Youth in Agriculture among others.
Her new album Zaidi is an overflow of her pursuit for God as she sings that she wants to know God more. The 11-song album was produced by the same production house she has worked with for years and all the 11songs were produced by Still Alive Productions who she has worked with for many years.
Masika is set to launch the Album on Sunday April 26th at 7:30 PM in a virtual concert that will be streamed through her Youtube Channel, Instagram and Facebook accounts
