Nyanza Governors targeted.

A number of Nyanza Governors have also seen their security withdrawn among them Homabay governor Gladys Wanga.

The protests are intended to address concerns about the high cost of living, pressing the government to take action.

During a press conference today, Minority leader in the National Assembly, Opiyo Wandayi, asserted that the opposition would not be intimidated by the government’s actions.

He called upon the government to respect the constitution, emphasizing the right to peaceful assembly and freedom of expression.
