Justice Loice Komingoi of The High Court has directed the OCS of Kilimani police station to arrest the owner of Billionaires club Barry Ndegeyingoma.

Justice Loice Komingoi issued the warrant of arrest against Mr. Ndegeyingoma for allegedly operating the club long after its closure was issued more than two years ago.

In 2019 the residents of Kilimani sued B-Club among other establishments for violating their rights for a healthy environment.

They told the court that the activities of the clubs caused a bad influence to their families and children.

The court ordered the owner Mr. Barry Ndegeyingoma to appear in court on the 15th of February but he reportedly did not show up.

Residents of Kilimani have gone back to court regarding the matter saying that the business is still operational and is violating the same rights and freedoms of the Kilimani residents.
