I am  Firmly in the Nairobi  Gubernatorial Race, Wanyonyi Tells Opponents

Nairobi gubernatorial aspirant Tim Wanyonyi has told off his competitors over his bid saying he is on the race and will not deputize any candidate as being speculated in social media.

According to Wanyonyi he is not ready for any talks with Azimio on relinquishing his gubernatorial  bid.

“At no point have I talked to any of my opponents in the race about quitting the race. At no point have I talked to any of my opponents about becoming a Deputy to any one of them,” Tim  said.

“I declared my intention to become Governor of Nairobi on November 14, 2021. I remain committed to my declaration,” he said.

On rumors that Jubilee may be fronting Raphael Tuju  Wanyonyi said that he is ready to face any one in joint primaries.

“I declared my intention to become Governor of Nairobi on November 14, 2021. I remain committed to my declaration,” he added.

“To my opponents spreading fake news and cheap lies about me, I tell you this: People of Nairobi now know better than you imagine. They want a leader who has been with them when they needed him most. When my people of Westlands needed me for ten years, I stayed with them. I was there for them. Similarly, when my people of Nairobi need me, as they will, I will be there for them,” Wanyonyi told the media.

Wanyonyi was cleared by ODM election board last week to vie for the governor seat.
