Rarieda MP Otiende Amollo has distanced himself from free masonry after his lawfirm partner Ambrose Rachier confessed to being a freemason.
Amollo who is the managing partner of Rachier&Amollo LLP says that the law firm is also not part of freemasonry.
In a post on twitter Rachier says that he is not and will never be associated with Freemasonry.
“Interesting Times! Have Seen An Interview By My Law Firm Partner Ambrose Rachier On Freemasonry! I Am Not & Will Never Join Freemasonry! Let It Be Known That The Law Firm Of Rachier & Amollo LLP Is NOT Associated With The Movement,” said Amollo.

According to Rachier, he joined freemasonry to propagate charity and good causes.
According to Rachier there are many Kenyans in freemasonry including judges and businessmen and a few politicians.
“Most people in freemasonry are simple Kenyans, some of them businessmen, some are Judges of our courts; there are very few politicians,” he said.
