Imran Defends His Followers Against Reports Of Violence

Orange Democratic  Movement  flag bearer in the forthcoming 7th Kibra  by election Imran Okoth has come out to defend his followers amidst claims of violence by his competitors.

Speaking during  a rally at Laini Saba grounds Imran was on record that his brigade has been involved in peaceful campaigns  and will continue to do so but if provoked they will respond without cowardice.

Chaotic scenes marred weekend campaigns in Kibra  as aspirants flocked Kenya’s political backbone in a bid to woe voters.

Ford Kenya and Amani National Congress rallies were on Sunday disrupted and property destroyed after political supporters of the different factions clashed.

Ford Kenya candidate Ramadhan Butichi’ s bodyguard was injured in the chaos.

ANC’s candidate Eliud Owalo asked IEBC to conduct serious investigations into the violence stating they have become too frequent.
