Imwatok silent on the killings happening in his backyard

Kaloleni,Makongeni,Mbotela Ward residents have condemned area MCA Peter Imwatok silence following the rampant killing of youths in the area by the police.

Led by their youth leader Jaxie Elwak, the residents specifically lashed at the area MCA Peter Imwatok’s silence at the killings.

“Our MCA Peter Imwatok has not lifted a finger to help. He is silent on the killings happening in his backyard,” said Elwak.

Elwak says they have seen little of Imwatok ever since he was elected as the area MCA for the second time.

Elwak specifically pointed out at the killing of a 24 year old boy by police in a mistaken identity.

Elwak is now calling on Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko to intervene and stop further killing youths by the police.
