“Hon Speaker in 2018 the county government contracted the Hatari Security Services to offer security services to county schools, hospitals however the terms of the contract are not clear to the public domain.. In the statement the chairperson should require and report on ; When was the contract expired and whether it was renewed?Who authorised payments to Hatari Security Service at the Expiry of the Contract?” requested Imwatok.
