Politician and singer Charles Njagua popularly known as Jaguar has appealed to creatives to invest while at the prime of their careers noting that he won’t come to their rescue after squandering their loot.

The former Starehe legislator affirmed that he has never tasted alcohol, cigarettes, bhang or any other drugs. This was in relation to artists who binge expensive liquor while at the peak of their careers.

Jaguar who also previously served as the head of NACADA, a body mandated with fighting alcohol and substance abuse noted that he tried in vain saving former boxer, Conjestina Achieng who recently fell out with former Nairobi Governor, Mike Sonko while on her way to cleaning up.

The Kigeugeu singer further noted that those who have fell as a result of drugs and alcohol need to have a source of self assurance while seeking help so as to completely win the battles of drugs and substance abuse.

An enraged Jaguar also touched on the recent case of embattled singer, Alpha Mwana Mtule noting that he tried to help the singer and his enstranged wife only to remain with mud on the face.

“Kama sasa juzi niliongea maneno ya Alpha Mwana Mtule nikijana najua sana na wakati wanilipigia simu mi mwenyewe nilisema sitatoa ata shilingi moja si ati mimi sijasaidia Alpha Mwana Mtule kwa sababu nyinyi wenyewe mliona ni nini ilifanyika kwa hivyo mimi nilikuwa najua” he explained partly.

He added that he has no ill intentions with Eric Omondi and the rest who bailed out Alpha adding that the latter learnt his lesson.

Won’t Pool Funds For Broke Creatives

While summing up, Jaguar maintained that he won’t be taking part in pooling funds for creatives who lived a life of extravagance while at the top of their game.

This was in regard to prolific music producer, Magix Enga and former Boondock’s rapper, Maddox who are languishing in poverty.

He continued that most creatives are an ungrateful lot even after being aided to regain their footing.

“Mi nawaambia wale wako sahii ata wale wako number one usipojipanga usikuje kutuambia tukuchangie juu mimi sitachanga” he summed up partly.
