Body of K24 journalist Daniel Chemnjor and his car has been retrieved from Cheploch gorge river Baringo County.
Chemjor who was the head of production at K24 died on Wednesday night on his way to see his newborn baby.
According to County commissioner Elgeyo Marakwet Ahmed Omar, Chemjor was believed to be over speeding when the car plunged in the river.
The Premio car KAX565N had one occupant and plunged into the water yesterday night at 11pm. The retrieval exercise began in the morning where local divers and a private company succeeded the exercise.
This has happened few days to festive season of December where many roads are busy
