Kaparo Now After Social Media Hate Speech Mongers
National Cohesion & Integration Commission has warned that the commission will arrest individuals engaging on hate speech on social media by next week.
NCIC Chairman Francis Ole Kaparo says the commission has established a task force of cyber experts to track individuals peddling hate speech on social media.
Kaparo says that the existence of a large amount of hate speech on social media platforms have equipped Kenyans with weapons at hand to unleash ethnicity in all forms.
Kaparo says social media is being used in a destructive manner by offering prominent platform for hate speech and ethnic polarization in the country.
