The KCB foundation has today launched a 50 billion youth empowerment program dubbed “2jiajiri”
The program seeks to empower young entrepreneurs to venture into business and also train them in technical courses like hairdressing, agriculture and hospitality.
Speaking during the launch of the program KCB CEO Joshua Oigara says, in the next 5 years the initiative will build small business and create more job opportunities.
Oigara added the KCB group will register all youths across the country he also urged the youths to focus and lift any opportunity they see in their business.
KCB 2jiajiri program currently has 2000 beneficiaries in 89 institutions across the country and after their training, the graduates will be put under a 12 months incubation programme.
