Thy will now compete for one promotion place, while the teams that finished in fourth place in the first round-robin will compete to avoid relegation.

Cynthia Wanjala (Kenya) defeated Hoziane Kitambala (Burundi) 6-4, 6-1. Angella Okutoyi (Kenya) defeated Sada Nahimana (Burundi) 6-4, 6-4.

Roselida Asumwa and Stacy Yego (Kenya) lost to Sada Nahimana and Hoziane Kitambala (Burundi) 3-6, 7-5, 7-10.

Kenya recorded seven victories out of nine matches played.

South Africa vs. Zimbabwe

Lilitha Ndungane (South Africa) lost to Rufaro Magarira (Zimbabwe) 2-6, 1-6.

Gabriella Broadfoot (South Africa) defeated Sasha Natalie Chimedza (Zimbabwe) 7-5, 6-1.

South Africa won the doubles match.

Nigeria vs. Botswana

Barakat Oyinlomo Quadre (Nigeria) defeated Chelsea Chakanyuka (Botswana) 6-2, 6-0.

Divine Dasam Nweke (Nigeria) lost to Ekua Your (Botswana) 2-6, 4-6.

Adesuwa Osabuohien and Barakat Oyinlomo Quadre (Nigeria) defeated Chelsea Chakanyuka and Ekua Your (Botswana) 6-1, 6-0.
