Kenya Vs Tanzania, Which Country’s Matatu Culture Game is Fly Than The Other?(Pics)
Magufuli’s “Hapa Kazi Tu” campaign slogan seem to have gone a longer way than expected. He is the president Tanzania had lacked for decades. His work has been visible ever since he was sworn in.
So amongst his development Agenda was one was to upgrade the public transport vehicles in the country, an industry that has for long not seen any creativity invested in it. It is in this that we Kenyans won’t mind our business as President Pombe is trying to pose a fast competition against our Matatu Culture.
We take pride in graffiti art on our public transport vehicles since time immemorial, not to mention the fights this industry has fought to exist till date, thanks to President Uhuru.
Likewise, Tanzania’s public transit vehicles just upgraded with this long blue buses trailing in the streets. As a matter of facts, since the inception of the “blue road babies”, bus fare has immensely reduced from Tshs 1400/- to Tshs 800/- within the major towns.
Additionally, the new transit vehicles have their special roads to avoid unnecessary traffic.
