While many corporate organizations have jumped on 2020’s uniting anthem Jerusalema, there’s no legislative unit that has hoped on the challenge, well..that is until now of course.

The Kenyan parliament premiered their seven minute Jerusalema challenge on Weddnesday raising mixed reactions from Kenyans.

The video has been in the works for the last week with snippets of the legiskator’s training sessions being leaked online.

The video features a mock parliament session chaired by speaker Justin Muturi.

The video kicks off with Milly Odhiambo asking the speaker to organize for parliament to participate in the Jerusalema challenge as a way to show empathy with Kenyans during the glabal pandemic period.

Her motion is seconded by Majority leader and the leader of Minority party.

The dance challenge was shot at the KICC and Parliament premises an the likes of Esther Passaris, John Kiarie and Milly Odhiambo can be seen breaking a leg all through the video.

While the leaders really tried to nail the Jerusalem steps, some were could not just get it right.
