Kenyans In Diaspora To Organize Football Tournament In Honour Of Fallen Former Kenyan International


FAROVA Group an association of Kenyans in the diaspora has pledged to organize a series of soccer tournaments in memory of the fallen former Kenyan Football International and Koth Biro C.E.O Stephen Ogos.

FAROVA board member Benard Airo says that the first tournament will be held at the Barclays Ground in Ruaraka in January next year, same date as Ogos’ birthday.

Airo says that the group has committed at least 25,000 dollars towards nest year’s tournament.

Twelve Thousand dollars will go towards Ogos’ daughter Precious Ogos educational fund.

“The players playing are requested to come up with some contributions as they play (no a must) that will boost the fund,” said Airo.

Airo further stated that  the group will come up with other plans in 2021 onwards.

“Let’s not indulge in politicizing these good cause. We are doing in honor of our beloved brother and friend,” said Airo.
