The Kenya, Tanzania beef has been once again ignited by bongo flava producer, Master Jay over his “Washamba” tagline towards Kenyan artists. Kenyans hit back at the celebrated record mogul not buying his sentiments.
During one of his recent media interview’s, Master Jay affirmed that Tanzanians were better entertainers than Kenyans.
He added that when it also comes to branding, self positioning and good use of social media, Kenyans were still lagging behind.

Master Jay further taunted Kenyans for their eloquence in English which yields totally nothing.
“Kenyans hawajui kujibrand kama sisi infact wasanii wetu wanajua kujibrand…we know how to brand na tunajua kufanya marketing kwenye social media kuliko wao wale bado washamba washamba hivi hata wanavyovyaa” he asserted partly.
According to Master Jay, Tanzanian artists earn good money from showbiz thanks to their exceptional display.
“Kaeni na kiingereza chenu lakini the best entertainers tunao sisi ndio mana wanakuja kwenu tena wanasema wanachukua hela kwenye magunia” he continued partly.
However, when it comes to singing, Master Jay gave it to Kenyans.
“Kenyans are better singers kuliko sisi” he explained partly.
It was in that regard that he also made a comparison between Alikiba and Diamond.
In his opinion, Alikiba is a better singer with Diamond being the best entertainer.
