Jacques Tuyisenge and Denis Oliech were on fire as Gor Mahia thrashed Zamalek in CAF Confederation cup match which was played in Kasarani on Sunday evening, February.
Ibrahim Hassan opened the scoring for the visitors within seven minutes of play before Tuyisenge equalized for Gor in the 25th minute thanks to Francis Kahata’s clever play.
Later on,the Rwandan went on to make it 2-1 before the Egyptians equalized to end the first half 2-2.
Tuyisenge added a goal to make it a hat trick and ‘old lion’ Denis Oliech summarized the play with a winning goal in the dying moments to make it 4-2.
K’Ogalo are on top of the tough pool D that has also Hussein Dey (Algeria) and Petro Atletico (Angola).
Oliech dedicated his debut goal in Caf to his late brother Steve Okumu, the last Kenyan to score against Zamalek.
