KTN lunch time News anchor Grace Kuria has resigned from the station.
Kuria has resigned barely two years after joining the Standard Group owned TV Channel from K24 TV.
Kuria resigned on Sunday during her lunchtime news bulletin.
While she did not state where she was headed to, the TV siren stated that she will be off TV for quite some time.
“I take this opportunity to say thank you to God, thank you to my family. Thank you to Standard Group management. Thank you to my colleagues and thank you to you my viewer for all the love, criticism and words of encouragement,” she announced.
“What has a beginning has an end and this has been my last broadcast on KTN News and KTN Home. God bless you,” she announced,” she further stated.
Kuria’s rise in the media industry can be described as out of hard work and consistency.
The anchor who joined K24 as a camera person slowly rose and became a features reporter before being poached to KTN as a news anchor.
