Public Service Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria is not a happy man today this is after being notably absent from the list of individuals awarded national honors by President William Ruto.
Kuria took to his X platform to share a cryptic message accompanied by two photos.
One image showed the prestigious Elder of the order of the Golden Heart of Kenya E.G.H awarded from which Kuria was missing.
The second photo featured the names of individuals working in the office of the deputy president, sparking intrigue and speculation.
“We shall be there no matter what,” Kuria posted on X.

Sifuna Blames President Ruto
Nairobi senator Edwin Sifuna has also expressed his dissatisfaction at being excluded from the list of national heroes.
Sifuna alleged that it was President William Ruto who denied him the honor.
“I respect Ruto’s decision denying me the national honors I had been nominated for. I always suspected the disdain was mutual,” His message read on X.
He however thanked Parliament for the prior nomination.
“I thank Parliament for the nomination though. And to all those who made it to the list, congratulations!”He added.
President William Ruto, in a ceremony this 60th Jamhuri day, honored several Kenyans across different categories with orders, medals, and decorations.
These awards are traditionally conferred by the president upon the advice of a National and Awards Committee situated in the president’s office.

The list of those honoured in different categories comprises Cabinet Secretaries,Governors, MP’s, Senators, , Athletes, Professors, Artistes among others.
